3CX V20 Webclient Registration
With the new Version 20 3CX webclient update, you need to allow notifications when logged in for your extension to be registered and take inbound calls.
Here are the steps to do this:
- Login to 3CX webclient
- Click the "BELL" icon in the upper left of the Webclient screen.
4. Allow notifications.
Your extensions/user should now show up as "registered" in the TEAM view.
Again, if you are using the Webclient as you main communication device, you will need to make sure you allow notifications to receive incoming calls.
