How to Factory Reset Snom D735

Using the Phone Interface

1. Power Off the Device
   Turn off the Snom D735 phone.

2. Enter Rescue Mode

   • Press and hold the # key.
   • While holding the # key, power on the device.
   • Keep holding the # key until "Rescue Mode" appears on the display.

3. Select Reset Option

   • Once in Rescue Mode, press 1 to choose the "Settings reset" option.
   • Follow any prompts to confirm the reset.

4. Reboot the Phone
   After the reset, the phone will automatically reboot.

Using the Web Interface

1. Access the Phone's Web Interface

   • Enter the phone's IP address in a web browser to access the admin interface.

2. Navigate to Reset Settings

   • Go to the Advanced section.
   • Click on the Update tab.

3. Perform the Reset

   • Click the Reset button and confirm the action.
   • Wait for the phone to reboot.

Important Notes

• A factory reset will erase all settings and local phonebook entries.
• Ensure the phone is powered on and connected to the network during the reset process.
• Do not power off the device while it is rebooting after the reset.
